1. Very comfortable bed with great view of ocean 2. Easy access to a beach where i took my dogs for long walks 3. Even though near hyw 101 the sound of the ocean over powered the sound of the traffic 4. Very very very clean 5. Nicely located between Yachats and Waldport 6. I would definitely go there again

The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because the oceanfront views were fantastic. The house itself is dated with a strong smell of cigarette smoke that gave us headaches. Part of our disappointment was due to vacasa needing to relocate us (the day before our trip) due to a terminated contract in our originally reserved rental and unfortunately this replacement didn’t come close to comparing to what we had rented.

We expected easy beach access based on photos, not so. We expected one level living based on property description, all bedrooms are upstairs. Trees and plants that attract flies and snails at both sides of entrance, need trimmed back.
