Dog-friendly oceanfront beach home with private hot tub and stunning ocean views

Loved the house and that it was on the beach. Will be returning! Everything you could need is there. Lights do flicker/surge a bit if multiple heaters are running.

The house had mold all over in the bathrooms and the alarm kept going off telling us to leave also the hot tub was full of sand not worth $700 I paid

This house has a great view and is in a good location between Yachats and Waldport. Just a heads up--the toilets in this house are rather small and short to the ground--this can be challenging for tall people (us) or people with limited mobility. Some of the kitchen utensils and toaster are old and work marginally. We used paper towels for coffee filters. For folks who stay, just be prepared for a somewhat "rustic" experience--there are trade-offs for the view.

This house was perfect for two couples enjoying our annual beach rondezvous. The beds were great, we each had our own bathroom, and the hot tub was awesome. Staff were quick to respond when we had issues with the dishwasher and even gave us a partial refund. Quick access to the beach (via a short, steep trail, no stairs), where we strolled to our hearts' content, usually encountering no one but seagulls. Overall, a very good find and our pup loved it too.
