Resort home in great Sunriver location with SHARC passes, private hot tub, pools is described as comfortable, spacious, and well suited for families, with a great floor plan that offers privacy and very comfortable beds. Guests appreciated the clean, well-maintained interior, homey decor, and well-equipped kitchen with plenty of towels, plates, utensils, and helpful cooking items. The location was a standout, with easy walking access to the village and SHARC and convenient access to nearby recreation. Guests enjoyed relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces, including a lovely fireplace, back deck, and BBQ for casual meals and evenings at the home. The home also offered thoughtful touches that supported an easy stay, including parking, pool towels, and entertainment access.

This Sunriver home is close to everything, offering visitors the perfect location from which to explore the resort and its countless amenities! You'll be treated to a back deck and a private hot tub set among the pines and passes to the expansive aquatic facility at SHARC. Come home each afternoon to comfortable furnishings, a private main bedroom, and plenty of space for family and friends to spend time together! This home sits half a mile east of SHARC's indoor/outdoor pools and recreation center, and only a mile's walk or bike ride from great shopping and dining in the Village at Sunriver. When you're not playing tennis or teeing off at one of the resort golf courses, you can take a fun day trip to the High Desert Museum (10 miles north), go beer-tasting in Bend (16 miles north), or hit the slopes of Mt. Great location near SHARC and the Village. Basic fixtures and amenities. Had a few hiccoughs with accessing the hot tub. Several areas of the house (garage, fire place) are not usable for guests.
Loved the location
Our stay at this vacation rental had its highs and lows, but there were several standout features that made our experience enjoyable. The house itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable base for our vacation. We appreciated the two driveway parking spots and the convenient BBQ on the back deck, perfect for outdoor meals in the evenings. The highlight of our stay was the access to the SHARC Pool, with six passes included along with supplied pool towels. This amenity was a hit with the kids and provided hours of fun and relaxation. Despite the unexpected early summer heat wave and occasional train noise from nearby tracks, which disrupted our sleep at times, we found the overall experience positive. While the house lacked air conditioning, the fans provided in each bedroom helped keep us comfortable during the warm nights. Additionally, although there was a hot tub, the weather was too warm for us to use it. The ability to log into our own Netflix account for evening entertainment was a nice touch, and the Ring security cameras in front offered a sense of security while turned off in the back yard for privacy. While there were some minor inconveniences, such as the lack of AC and occasional noise, the clean accommodations, excellent pool access, and thoughtful amenities like driveway parking and Netflix access made our stay memorable. Families looking for a well-equipped rental with access to recreational activities will find this property appealing.
