Open design, large rooms, quiet, heated garage, luggage carts available, great location. The kitchen lacked sufficient dishes and glassware (service for 5!) for 8 people. The dining room furniture is rickety.
This condo is large and the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious. There were 4 adults, all with snowboard gear. We fit everything in comfortably. The condo was also clean. The boarders loved the waxing room near the unit. I would suggest purchasing anything you need in the larger town before you get to Mt. Hood. They responded to the reviewer before me and added a bottle of salt that is 1/8 full. No pepper though, so we had to go buy a set. There is a small general store that does not have much and the prices are very high. The unit has a standard pot coffee maker, but no filters or sample coffee packs. The unit is on the first floor and have a few windows. Note, there is not a lot of natural light. If this is a concern for you, I would not rent this unit. It's a bit dark, even with the lights on, being on the first floor makes it darker and does not allow the natural light to get in. For the size of the unit and cleanliness, I would give this unit a 5. For the amenities, I would give it a 3.
Great space that was clean, functional, close to 3 ski parks, and cozy.
We'd been to the lodges about 10 years ago and appreciate the large, high quality, spacious units. All in all this unit was comfortable and well appointed, though could use a paint job and carpet cleaning as well as some new linens and more kitchen supplies. Hot tub wasn't fully functioning, and you had to scrunch down to cover your shoulders as water level was low. We chose this unit as it was rated higher than others, so not sure if we'd want it again or opt for another, but would like to return to the lodges. We appreciated everything being well cleaned.
Loved the view from the back patio door! Kitchen was really nice. Great location and the pool and hot tub are amazing!!
Great location, parking in the garage, big rooms, everything was great. The only inconvenience was the lack of salt or any other supplies, and there was only one trash bag and dishwasher tablet. So consider bringing your own supplies or buy in the government camp store.
