The location and house were amazing. Great views from the home and the hot tub. Perfect yard for families with lots of room and a fire pit. Would highly recommend and would rebook in a heart beat!

Our usual rental had some technical difficulties last year and we got moved over to The Happy Clam. We loved it so much we came back again this year. The view is incredible, from almost every room in the house. We had a blast roasting marshmallows and listening to the ocean breaking under the stars. The yard is a wonderland. It's been our spring break refuge two years running.

We were very happy with The Happy Clam. The weather was very rainy and windy on Thanksgiving Day, and the picture windows were great for watching the waves. We usually stay in "town" but picked this house for the toys for our grandsons. We were not disappointed and did not miss being in town at all. We would stay again for sure and hope that we get a chance.

Pictures in advertisement don't do it justice. House was twice as nice and large as I was expecting. Yard was huge and my family of 7 had plenty of room and fun. There's not really any good spot to walk to the beach but it's only a 2 or 3 min drive in either directionbecause of the private house in-between the house and the beach. Wonderful view from the house though. Definitely recommend. Plus it's a quieter place so the beach wasn't insane with other people. Will be going back
