Beach access is also just one mile from home base and there is C&M which is a stable two miles away for beach horseback riding! Mercer Lake Resort is less than two miles away and offers swimming, lake access, and boat rentals. The city of Florence is five miles south on Hwy 101 and Old Town is a great place to explore with its charming shops and local restaurants. Heceta Head Lighthouse and the famous Sea Lion Caves are both fun places for the family to visit and are less than eight miles north.
