The home was very comfortable, well maintained, and clean. The location was an easy walk to parks and close to the old town restaurants and shopping.

Close to 101 and everything in Florence. Needs some light maintenance and updating of furnishings. Gated access added a feeling of security.

Location was nice, private and secure. Was an older home that definitely needs some maintenance both in and around the property. Temp inside was cold could only get a decent temp with the external plug in heaters that were provided. It was clean however. the other larger part of the home was rented at the same time as us, no issues with noise but many vehicles (7?) and we barely had room for ours. This rental does not provide any coffee etc so make sure you have your basics for morning.

We were very Pleased when first entering the Condo. Made a quick list of things I wanted from the store. And went to town to the store and grabbed dinner. By 10:00 not so much. As the weather cooled off so did the Condo. I tried to get the up arrow on the thermostat to go up. It did but the heat never came on. Rechecked to make sure A/C was off. It was. After a shower came out in living room. The wind was blowing and EVERY CURTIAN was moving. The next morning thought we would turn the TV on while having coffee. What a JOKE. The remote would turn the TV on and you could NOT get anything on the TV it said NO Sigal !!! There was a Ruko remote laying there so tried it. Nothing!! Checking the back of the TV there was NO RUKO Streaming stick in the TV. I SEND TWO TEXT TO TWO DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS I HAD WITH TELLING THEM ABOUT NO HEAT AND NO TV. WITH NO RESPONCE.

We really liked the apartment, I was a great spot close to old town and the river.
The place was clean and quiet.
I had no trouble with the entry instructions or the check out - in fact the check out was one of the easiest I’ve had
There is a gate with a remote and the other tenant in the rest of the house removed the remote - which they aren’t supposed to do. Please make this more clear
Also, the morning of our check out was a cold morning just below freezing. The furnace had trouble keeping up - but the water heater saved the day with a hot shower.
