Sunny sanctuary with pool, hot tub, sauna, grill, fireplace, W&D, and New AC!

Stayed here for a ski weekend. Easy trip to Mt Bachelor, and equally close to Bend. Very short drive into Sunriver for groceries, dining, etc. House is very comfortable, cozy common space, great fireplace (plenty of wood available), and a well equipped kitchen. Outdoor space is great, a large deck and a spacious hot tub that we used daily. WiFi, TV, HVAC all easy to operate. Check-in/check-out were a breeze. Would definitely return!

I loved all the things the kitchen had. I cooked and baked so it was nice to have everything I needed and not improvise. Lots of dishes and silverware. The wood fireplace was very nice to relax by.

We spent 4 days in September exploring the outdoors in the area and this house worked perfectly for our group. The house is on a quiet cul de sac in a peaceful wooded setting. Check-in was a breeze and the house instructions were simple to understand. At the end of our adventures each day it was the perfect place to get cozy on the comfortable furniture in the living room or gather at the table on the large deck or soak in the spa. The house was very clean and linens and towels were ample for our group. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and there were ample dishes and utensils for our meals. We loved all the walking paths throughout the development and the village has great spots for dining out and a great brewpub and local grocery store. We will definitely be back!

This home is tired and not as nice as the pictures make it appear. There are NO bikes available, and there are almost no games for a rainy day or fun family night around the table. The carpet is dated and needs to be replaced. AC is 2 wall mounted units upstairs that only provide ok cooling on hot sunny days. Family room furniture is dated and tired. Beds were comfortable. One of the blinds in the family room was broken and could not be properly opened. The keypad front door lock did not work and Vacasa had to deliver keys for access, and they had difficulty making the heat work resulting in the house being a cold 63 degrees.

The home was overpriced for its condition. Pictures look better than what you find. Windows need replacing and dry rot around windows were too difficult to open for fresh air. A/C and heaters were messed up the entire time. The bedding, bathrooms and kitchen were clean but downstairs bedrooms were stuffy and smelled like there may have been pets in the downstairs . Thought I had rented a no pet home because of my pet allergies. But one sentence in the instruction book said “pets allowed” and the another “no pets”. Hot tub was clean but difficult to see in the dark for opening the lid and accessing with no lights. Two lights that may have been solar didn’t work. Scariest thing was this morning when we were taking the garbage to the cans in the back shed. We discovered the back door to the garage had been unlocked and cracked open the entire time we were there. The entry led directly from the garage to the inside door where we were sleeping in the bedrooms. It was open while we slept and when we left the home the entire weekend.
