Hose was great however when we arrived it had a bad smell. After the first day…we were I. The kitchen and the air conditioning came on and it smelled like death…after investigating we found 7 bags of old trash, based on the smell, piled around the air unit in the electrical closet in the garage. Also both large garbage cans in the garage were completely full with garbage. I took pictures and also took pictures of me loading our garbage and pictures of me dropping off our garbage so I don’t get blamed or charged for the cleaning service not doing their job prior to our stay. We moved all garbage from the electrical closet into the garage and left it there. The house immediately start to smell much better with the exception of the garbage. The owners of the house should feel very proud of the house and location, I would recommend it, but they must consider obtaining a better cleaning crew and getting rid of Avari booking services

Great place, location, and value. Really enjoyed the deck, privacy, and the amount of wildlife that visited us each morning and evening. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were appreciated as was the availability of bikes. We would consider staying here again.

We love this home in Black Butte Ranch. It is in the perfect location and feels very private. Amazing view of aspen trees from the living room and kitchen. The house is comfortable and has lots of light and windows and everything you need.
