Great house for kids!

Before checking in, we messaged guest service to see if there were sleds that the kids could play in the snow. We didn’t receive a response until after we had checked out they said there were no sleds, but they’re actually were. We had already bought them just in case after we arrived. The windows in the living room were noticeably dirty. Looks like a small child had been there before rubbing their face on the windows. We had to clean up a large amount of boogers on the windows. We also cleaned up the couch, which had candy wrappers pushed into all of the seat cushions. The master bedroom mattress is very worn and outdated. You can feel the valleys where people have slept before. Also, the mattress in the bedroom next to the garage has a plastic cover on it, which was so loud for my teenage son to sleep on that he ended up spending the rest of the trip sleeping with the other kids in the bunkbeds. The place itself is very nice And in a great location. It would have been five stars if we didn’t have to clean up so many candy, wrappers and boogers on the windows and if the guest service had responded, and if those two mattresses were replaced.

The stay here was great, the house is in a perfect spot right in a golf course with beautiful views. We’re a family that golfs so it was kinda sad that the course is only open to members. But we played at a course nearby and had a great time.

Like all of the reviews before, this house is in a great location and is a nice size. The house is just tired and worn and needs some TLC. We owned a house in Sunriver and know that the weather and renters can be hard on things but this house just needs some pf the basics put back into it. Yes, the carpet is stained but it's not a deal breaker. All of the door hinges squeak and wake the house up. The screens to the patios have broken props. The pool table felt looks like it had it's appendix removed with the large gash in it. The downstairs shower barely had water pressure to it. It's a good house that shouldn't take much to bring it back.
