Had all you need for a great stay!
House was fine. I had a simple question about where overflow parking was. Was put on a wild goose chase with the call center in India and their chat agents. Wasted hours of my time and the person at the India call centers grasp of the American dialect was so poor he could not understand me and I could not understand him. He hung up on me and I never got a call back. I tried to call back for 20 minutes and they never picked up. The chat agent kept sending me links to paid parking apps even though I’m out at a golf resort in Central Oregon with no paid parking. Then they told me to go figure it out with the resort. At my insistence I told them to contact the owner to figure this out. The local property manager contacted me and was actually helpful and resolved the situation. Also the back slider door lock was broken but there was a dowel for security. The property was good enough and the resort nice but Vacasa customer service was atrocious. It really soured the experience.
The house was good and in a nice location. The largest issue we had was that fridge wasn't cold when we arrived and it took multiple days for someone to come out and look at it. The local team did the best they could and provided ice and coolers to try and save our food however we still lost food as a result. We made the best out of the situation and enjoyed the other aspects of the house.
This was a great place to stay. Loved spending the weekend here with my family. It’s was big and comfy we didn’t feel like we were in tight spaces. The back patio is where we spent most of our time, listening to the creek. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our family get away.
Great location and access to resort amenities. Home furnishings were great. All of our issues and concerns were with Vacasa property management.
We will definitely be back! This was such a fun location, the house was perfect for our family!
