Located close to the Village at Sunriver, plus restaurants, lodge, pool, marina, stables and Nature Center, this is the ideal location. This lovely condo is decorated in vintage Russell wood furniture. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and the loft has a pyramid bunk. There are two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and newly decorated. This home sleeps five guests. The living room with fireplace will be a favorite gathering place. Whether you prefer days filled with activity or a schedule somewhat more relaxed, you'll find everything you desire at Meadow House 11. Watch a movie on the TV, or prepare a meal in the full kitchen, which has a coffee maker and dishwasher. There's a washer and dryer, as well as WiFi, for convenience. Spread a blanket and picnic on your back lawn and enjoy your oversized hot tub to stargaze with your favorite person. This property is currently up for sale. It is in a great location, very quiet and near the Village. There is a lot of potential if this property becomes a rental or second home. If this property becomes a rental, I hope the first thing the new owners do is get a new bed! Lack of sleep is unpleasant. The next on the list is new outlets. Any device with a cord would simply fall out of the socket. The furniture is uncomfortable; however, it is also really cool. Updates would make this place shine.
