The entire home was wonderful.

The property has ample space for 4-6 people. The deck is large and there are several TVs and sitting areas. The kitchen is small, but well equipped. There are two parking spaces at the back of the property (near the deck) and there is a little walk to the front door; however, there is a folding cart inside the front door that was awesome for loading and unloading. We really enjoyed our time, but our biggest issue was cleanliness. We didn't expect perfection, but the carpet was filthy and needs to be cleaned throughout. The baseboards were dirty, not just dusty. Especially in the bathrooms. There were also drips on the back of the bathroom doors and in the kitchen. Otherwise, it was tidy and well organized. A nice add would be luggage racks in the bedrooms and some hangars in the closets. It would also be nice to have full sized hair dryers instead of the travel sizes. The check out process requests that the guests start laundry, but there was no laundry detergent available from the property. We supplied our own. Honestly, we would have rated this house at a 5 if not for the cleanliness issues.

This house was very nice and conveniently located near pools and bike trails!

This home is one of the larger townhomes with a sitting area on 2nd floor. Very large and comfortable for the 6 of us. Kitchen was great. Close to outside pool and walking/biking access!
