We loved the location and the access to the pool. The carpet had so many spots. Maybe because the allow pets, but a shampooer would get them out. The kitchen was lacking pots. There was no pot to make soup/chili. We made it work but small additions could make a big difference. There were also not enough bowls to serve us all at the same time. if it sleeps 10-12 it should feed 10-12. The couch was great and allowed for lots of seating.

Location is 10/10, walking distance to pickleball courts and main pool! Beds are comfortable, heating great. However house could be updated, TVs are outdated and have no streaming services working, make plans to bring a laptop to connect that way. Bathrooms need some updating love as well. House totally functional in general though.

Home was inviting, and everything advertised was as is should be. Lots of extra towels, bedding and blankets. Excellent Location! Easy walk to the pool, courts, park. Lots of parking and wonderful wrap around deck!
