Cozy abode steps from the beach with a private hot tub and nautical theme

The park itself is very quiet. The cozy abode needs updating. While it was small, it was ok for the 2 of us. Pros: quiet, clean towels and bed sheets, good wifi, and when the hot tub finally gets hot it’s great. Lots of storage Comfy recliner Cons: No dishwasher so you are relying on previous guests to clean the dishes. Some of the silverware was dirty. Not a lot of hot water so plan showers and doing dishes. Wood deck needs to be replaced or renovated, paint peeling and a hole beyond the hot tub Outdoor chairs need to be replaced The whole place needs a deep deep clean. Check in time is 4:00pm, cleaner was still there at 4:00, not ok. Called Vacasa twice and they said they would have property manager call us and never heard from anyone.

While we loved the cleanliness of the cabin and the general accomodations, it could use a bit of general upkeep! Overall, we would love another stay at this location!

The hot tub was amazing

We were booked for a different cabin, on the overlook. 24 hours before we were to check in, I got a text saying our reservation was cancelled due to a water issue or we could be moved to the Drift Away Cabin for no extra cost (which turns out was located in lower trailer park area but had no idea until we agreed to the change and arrived). The hot tub was not private, the sink bathroom didn’t drain, the sheets were dirty, there was no view except of residential trailers, we had 3 towels for 2 people to last 3 days, and we had originally booked a place with a grill for a reason and this had no grill. It was not a great experience. Do not recommend.
