Ride along the Deschutes River for fabulous views of the water and meadows, and stop at the stables or the nature center to interact with animals. Rent a kayak, stand-up paddle board, or canoe at the marina just two miles away to get in the water or fish for your dinner.

More day trips include white-water rafting through Sun Country Tours, exploring the Lava Caves just a few miles north, the High Desert Museum 10 miles away on Hwy 97, or make the 15-mile drive to Bend for a brewery tour and a wide choice of delicious eateries.
