Great beachfront location with awesome views.
The tub was hot and ready to go! Such easy access to the beach. I would stay here again!
The view and location, along with the comfort, layout and amenities were great!
Common room with view of ocean was beyond measure & 2 master bedroom suites with balconies incredible plus. Great place for 2 couples on vacation together
The views are truly exceptional from pretty much everywhere in the house, especially at sunset. The house was clean, the fireplace worked, and all the screens were intact (I was worried reading previous reviews but everything was in order for our stay). It was our first family trip to the coast with our 2.5 year old daughter and it was the perfect location to be able to go to and from the beach throughout the day and to also have separate space for her nap/earlier bedtime. House is a little worn but it’s a rental and to be expected. Hot tub sunset views are lovely but be prepared for the chlorine, you definitely know it’s clean. We found out that Gold Beach is a bit windier than Brookings but you really can’t beat the views and the price of this home.
We enjoyed sitting in the jacuzzi with the ocean right in front of us after a day of beach combing. Quiet and peaceful setting. The home is comforting and we didn’t want to leave. Loves having private bathrooms for both upstairs bedrooms. And if we had brought the grandkids, the sitting area upstairs had a TV and trundle bed. We needed more pans to bake, and found some at the thrift shop. We had to purchase more coffee and bring our own cream. The supply was minimal. Our favorite meal was at The Landing. Great service and atmosphere and the food is delicious. We plan to return next year to this same home. It was one of our favorite homes away from home.
