The house was very roomy with 2 good size sitting areas and a full kitchen. We will keep this place in mind in the future as we come back to Eugene for UofO events. Great location to University. Easy on and off the freeway. Very convenient!

In town for a game. Didn't spend much time in the house. Good location and living space. Clean but needs something to help with old smoker smell and issue from aroma under the kitchen sink.

The house was as listed — everything advertised was there. It was clean and functional, with average beds and all the basics provided. Supplies like toilet paper and paper towels were on the thinner side, and there weren’t any extra touches or amenities beyond what was stated in the listing. Overall, a very basic stay that met expectations but didn’t go above and beyond.

The house was very clean and everything was, obviously, new. Pillows and plates still had tags. Beds were very comfortable. The bathtub was so slippery it felt like an ice rink. The kitchen area had horribly uncomfortable chairs and couch. Nowhere to sit comfortably outside, although the back yard was very appealing. We booked two nights but only stayed one.

Eugene was hot as a furnace during our stay but the house stayed comfortable with outstanding AC.
