Good local house. Pros: great location, good amenities, generally clean and well-equipped, and reasonable price. Cons: no water view though it is less than 150 ft from bay, floor had not been swept, and bedroom needs furniture ( only 1 nightstand, dressers with missing handles/falling out of dresser), and front door entry code switched without notice.

We loved having a roomy kitchen and dining room . The freestanding fire place was great to chase away the chill in the evening. There was a play structure behind the house that our daughter enjoyed. We also really enjoyed the wild life that walked through the property.
