Stroll to the Rhododendron Garden at Hendricks Park (just over half a mile), fantastic restaurants downtown (a mile and a half), and football games across the river at Autzen Stadium (less than two miles). As you step through the door after a day out and about, you'll be struck by the openness of the living space, where sunlight streams in through large picture windows. There's a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, sliding doors that lead outside to the patio, and a comfortable living room where you can unwind in the evenings - relaxing by the fireplace and watching movies on cable and streaming. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

My friend and I were in Eugene for an extended weekend to watch some University of Oregon softball and tennis. This house is one of the best I’ve stayed at over four years of coming to Eugene. The location is fantastic, and the layout and amenities are very thoughtful. We will be back!

This spot is a five minute walk to OU campus, and a five minute walk up to Hendrick's park where you can hook into the Ridgeline trail and hike for hours. It is lovely. One caveat - no matter what platform you book the house through, you need to communicate through Vacasa or you will not get very responsive service. The house was immaculately clean, very accommodating, excellent laundry room, and I appreciated that there were basic cooking things like spices and oil available when we arrived. Definitely would stay here again.

This was our family’s second stay at Nancy’s Retreat, and it did not disappoint. We love the location, close to campus but also easy to get around town. The home is lovely and cozy, just the right space for a family of 4 - 6. The home is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We can’t wait to go back.

We came in for a Ducks football game and this place is fantastic! Laid out very well and clean as well as comfy beds and close to everything you’d want in Eugene! Will def try to book here again next year!
