This home is very comfy. They have a great variety of kitchen utensils and the beds are very comfortable.
Home was beautiful, very limited parking
We loved the cleanliness, spaciousness, peace, comfort, and beauty of this home. Sealy comfort-foam topped mattresses, microfiber sheets, fluffy towels, very cushy carpeting, a very comfortable couch and recliner, and lots of natural light make this place a joy to inhabit. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. There are considerate touches such as battery-powered candles and emergency flashlights that also serve as night lights, along with hiking guides to the area. There's even a washer and dryer. We really liked the neighborhood; very quiet and although the homes are close together, there is a feeling of privacy. We enjoyed getting to know some of the trails in the Cline Butte Recreation Area that surrounds the West Ridge at Eagle Crest. And right out the back door, literally, is a small park where you can sit on a bench and enjoy the juniper and sage biome and its wild inhabitants.
The identity-verification checking process up front was very frustrating. I booked through VRBO so why am I having to jump through additional hoops? I did all the pictures and the selfie, but the system was unable to verify me. I had to call, tried a few different numbers after no one was answering. Finally after 30-40 minutes of waiting outside in the freezing cold, a rep was able to get my identify manually verified and gave me the code to get into the property. Everything after that was fine. Clean, cozy, great.
Great home while we visited Eagle Crest. There were a few things in the home that could use updating (mostly stove & dishwasher). But all in all a great space with a nice layout. We had two kids in the room with the twins and it was nice that the trundle could be separated and wasn’t hooked to the other bed. Then the person sleeping in the taller bed could still get out without stepping in the other person. Super comfortable beds just wish it had 2 kings but that’s not usually found in most homes. Definitely will rent it again!
Clean, quiet home.
