Location is amazing. House was cozy and fit our group of 6 easily. House, furniture and decor is very dated and entire house needs a solid paint job. Down stairs very old and musty smelling. Cant beat the price and we had a great trip overall. Thank you!

This was a great getaway for our family of 4. We had plenty of space. The kitchen was functional. Internet worked well. Beds were satisfactory. In all, the property is a bit dated (and reflected in the affordable price), but everything was very clean and worked well. We are very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Good location, though you can’t see the beach or water very well from the living area. But easy walk to the beach. And close to town. The place could use a deep clean. The important things were clean, but place hasn’t been dusted in a long time. Has everything you need, but definitely feels like it’s kind of a last thought, in terms of furnishings, mattress and linen qualities, and so on. But, it’s at a good price, so that all comes with the territory I suppose. Just best to set your expectations in alignment. Sleeps plenty of people. Kitchen is small. Appreciated the extra folding chairs in the closet. Had issues with the gas fireplace working. But house manager was helpful once they were able to get to us. Ice machine in freezer only partially functional. Great coffee maker!
