Unit A is on the first floor has a basic kitchen setup. Rooms are cozy and every room has a TV and bathrooms are setup nicely. Great spot in gold beach. Right next to a school so during school hours it’s very noisy but overall wonderful stay !

The oven didn't work, there was only a trickle of cold water in the kitchen, the toaster is broken along with a few other things that need attention. If the owners get these things taken care of, I'd rent this place again. The deck was great and it was fun to watch the deer and turkeys graze through the property.

Went to Gold Beach w another couple to do Jerry's Jet Boat. The location was ideal just minutes away. The beds were good, unit was clean and attractive. Worked perfectly for our short term needs.

Hot water was not working in the guest bathtub/shower and could not get any help with guest services, no one called us. The automated text service said someone would contact us Tuesday morning (the morning we were checking out). We also asked for a late check out and no response. Guest services was non-existent. The fireplace did not work and the property is located directly across from a school so it's not very private. Luckily school was out for spring break so it was quiet for us as we were staying during the week. Would have been nice upon renting if there was a better description of each unit. We were on the bottom floor and would have like to get one on the second or third floor if we were aware of the difference. Property was advertised as having children's games, but there was only 2 puzzles and a deck of uno cards. Other than that the home was nice and the beds were comfortable. We were excited to cook in the kitchen but the gas stove/oven did not work very well as far as controlling the amount of heat.
