Fairview is a beautiful home located on a very quiet street in South Manzanita. The beach is a quick half-block walk and Manzanita Links is a short walk in the opposite direction. You can also take a leisurely half-mile walk to downtown Manzanita where you can explore the quaint shops or eat delicious treats at any of the local restaurants. Entering Fairview on the ground level, you will find one of the three bedrooms with a spacious bed and a cozy fireplace. There is also a spacious full bathroom and laundry room. In the garage, you will find a Ping-Pong table, so make sure you bring your competitive family or friends with you to have a Ping-Pong battle. Walk up the stairs to the beautiful living area. Cozy up on the couch or love seat while you enjoy your morning coffee or watch the fire crackle in the electric fireplace. Morning coffee or family meals are best outside on the huge wrap-around deck where you can enjoy the ocean and mountain views. The full kitchen has views into the dining room which seats six. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level. Come relax and have fun in this splendid home that is also dog-friendly! Loved the location of the house, a quick walk and you're on the beach. Overall the house was comfortable.

Our group of five loved this home. The living room is very comfortable and opens onto dining room, which can seat up to 7 or 8. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooks. The front deck has an ocean view. The beach is less than one block from the home. The bathrooms have great showers (rain pan and detachable shower head). The kitchen is a bit tight for more than two people, but very functional. The TV was easier to use than most rental homes we have visited. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are quite large. There is no “bad” or “kids” bedroom so everyone in our all adult group was satisfied. We also love that the home welcomed dogs and provides sheets to cover the living room couches.

Location was okay and deck area was nice. Fine if you are content with a well used vacation rental level house. It had a bad odor( mold??) downstairs.

We had a great experience, 9 yo and 25 year old, my husband and myself. Super close to the beach. Agree kitchen a bit small but we didn’t do a bunch of cooking so it was fine for our needs. Deck space is awesome! Ping pong was fun!
