This newly renovated home enjoys a wonderful location on the Oregon Coast, with Cannon Beach to the north (six miles) and Manzanita to the south (eight miles). Here on the beachfront, a set of concrete stairs leads you down from the deck to the rocky and sandy shore. It's a place to escape the crowds, explore the Arches' of Arch Cape at low tide, take walks at low tide to Hug Point Falls or Cape Falcon, or simply set up a chair in the sun and admire Castle Rock. The house was designed to easily accommodate large groups and family gatherings, offering three stories of living space and huge picture windows that let in sunlight and oceanfront views. The kitchen is a dream for preparing special meals, featuring a gas stovetop, two ovens, and culinary extras like an air fryer, a coffee grinder, a griddle, a waffle maker, a hand mixer, and a panini grill. Most of all, this home encourages you to relax into your surroundings. I could tell from the listing photos that this home was beautiful, but it was even better in person once we arrived. It had everything we needed, even a little dog station of items for our Pup! It was the absolute perfect place for our elopement and made for beautiful photos. We can't wait to enjoy this home again for future family gatherings! Thank you for the memories!

I’m am retired, as a belated Christmas gift to my family I arranged for a couple night stay at arch cape. The view was stunning with the beach right at your doorstep. The house was very clean with plenty of room for our party of 12. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and utensils that you could want. We had a wonderful time beach combing, playing games and relaxing in the hot tube. The only down side I have is when I got home I wanted to reserve this place for next February. Unfortunately they have changed the stay to a minimum of 3 days. My limited budget won’t cover that long of stay.

We had a group trip with some friends and the house was great, it was well equipped and met all our needs. It was especially nice that wood was put out for us to have a bonfire on the beach. Overall, everyone loved the location and the house.

This home was fabulous! I celebrated my 50th birthday here with family and friends and had the best time. The view is outrageously beautiful. The beds are super comfy and everything was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to entertain lots of people. I’d rent this place again! 5 stars!

We had three generations gather for Thanksgiving at Neawanna. We have done this several times the past 10 years. This was by far our best experience. The five bedrooms were perfect for the various family members. Everyone had privacy and comfortable beds. The teens loved having the second floor living space to hang out in. The kitchen was the best stocked we have ever had. We had everything need to cook and serve our Thanksgiving dinner. The house itself could not of been better, but the best feature of this home is the view and access to the beach. Even those of us with limited mobility were able to go on easy walks from the home. Will book again!
