We booked this home for our spring break mini vacation. There were three adults and six kids. This was actually pretty spacious for all of us having three bathrooms also helped with nine people in the house. Didn't have any issues. It was pretty easy checking in and checking out.

We loved our stay. The house was very close to the beach, perfect walking distance. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The outside deck was perfect for sitting in the sun and relaxing. We also loved having 3 bathrooms in the house. Great place for a family to stay and enjoy their time in Seaside.

Comfortable, well-equipped, beach house with excellent common space for a family gathering.

The house does not have a beach view ( has a slight view between houses), but is a block to the long stretch of beach. Towels and linens were clean. The living room and kitchen are up a 15 step stairway and slightly steep. It was difficult for our disabled guest who was basically confined to the upstairs for our stay. The kitchen is supplied with cookware, utensils and tableware. Water pressure was very good.
