Beeswax Park is a great choice for a family on vacation. This lovely home offers a wide variety of fun at the house and around it. With four bedrooms there is plenty of room to spread out, relax, and make memories on your beach vacation. Head upstairs and you will find that it is an open living area with lots of natural light from the large picture windows and vaulted ceilings. Walk out onto the large deck and enjoy the sunshine or cuddle up on the comfy couches in the living room. There are two bedrooms upstairs - one with puzzles and lots of board games to enjoy and the main bedroom with a crib. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower. Downstairs features two additional bedrooms. The second bathroom has a tub/shower and a large laundry room with a washer/dryer. Retreat to the garage where you will find bikes, sand toys, sports balls, a Ping-Pong table, and a shuffleboard table. Beeswax Park has a fantastic location for anyone that wants to enjoy everything the city has to offer - it is just two blocks to the beach, half a block to the City Park, and a quick walk into town to enjoy the shops and restaurants. THINGS TO KNOW Bikes are property of the owners and are not guaranteed to be in working order This home will have a seasonal gas grill that is generally available from May through September, depending on inclement weather.

The space was big, open, bright and the furniture and beds are comfy. It was easy to find and access. This place needs much better cleaning and some updates. The front sliding glass doors were filthy from dog noses smearing all over them, most windows lack screens and the carpets have visible stains. We tried to vacuum to make it feel cleaner and the vacuum is so plugged with hair the roller will not turn. We were only there two nights so it was ok, but some improvements could be made.

Excellent location, and we appreciated how dog friendly the place was. Beds were comfortable and we loved the deck. That being said, the lack of ventilation/ air flow was really noticeable on the warm days we were there. Some windows lack screens, so it was tough to take full advantage of the breeze. We also noticed a bad smell in the upstairs bathroom when we arrived— just seemed musty and not very clean. Overall would be hesitant to stay here again.

Nice week, house comfortable but needs a little TLC. Close to beach with easy walk. Busy street being on the corner but great location to beach and Laneda Ave and golf course.

Lots of space in this 4 bedroom house for us all to unwind and truly relax. Comfy sofas inside. Lots of deck chairs and tables to enjoy the sun and shade outside. Just what we needed of dishes, pans, coffee maker, etc.
