My husband and I stayed here for a weekend and it was a perfect getaway! The home is tucked back in the trees and very quiet. It was very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again! The home is small and would not be good for more than 2-4 people but perfect for a couple!

Great house, very clean & well stocked, convenient location to Manzanita. The only issue I had was that the bed was not very comfortable.

The house is small but well furnished and pleasant. Unfortunately when we were staying there a large construction project was going on right behind it. The beautiful forest setting will be ruined by a 60 unit apartment complex. Construction was ongoing from 7AMto 6PM. Sometimes the entire house was shaking from the construction activity.

Charming spot so close to Manzanita and Nehalem. Lots of closet space, comfy couches, loads of windows, plenty of towels and bedding, sweet turkeys 'gobbling' next door. Roomy kitchen. We had a lovely stay.

While we enjoyed this beautiful home and tranquil atmosphere, it definitely does not sleep 6 as it’s listed. Two of our guests had to sleep on the floor each of our 4 nights. The barbecue grease catcher was full and overflowing, the gas firepit did not work, the AC did not work, the kitchen garbage can was too small, the small trails on either side of the house had human feces and toilet paper on them. While the home was clean and nice, the maintenance was lacking and with only 2 Queen beds, it needs to be listed as sleeping 4 guests, not 6.
