Although this place was clean, it needs a serious refresh. Shower is not good and had hardly any water pressure. Musty smell in the back bedroom. I understand it's an old home, but I feel like the lack of general upkeep makes it seem less comfortable and charming than it could be.

Lots of issues, wouldn't stay there again. Vacasa may have better units but this one has many issues souring the experience.

Good enough for a bargain and it is centrally located but could use a deep cleaning, a fresh coat of paint and some updates in the kitchen - the kitchen sink is “historic”.

This home was so charming and cozy. Walking distance to the main shopping area of Long Beach and some restaurants. Beach access is about a block and a half away as well.

This quaint little home is in a prime location. It is just a short walk to the beach and all kinds of restaurants and shopping. There are lots of board games to play and private nooks to lounge. We had a great time!
