Great property in a great location

This house had plenty of space for 3 adults & 5 children. It’s a great location for easy, quick beach access & downtown fun. The backyard was beautiful. The house held a lot of charm. A few things to note though…there isn’t a washer/dryer (something I didn’t even think to double check with a house this size), the heater/boiler is very loud in a few rooms and disrupts sleep, the kitchen has enough dishes for a party of 50 which leaves no space to store food during the stay besides the counter. We did have to change a set of sheets upon arrival too because of dirt/hair. Thankfully there were clean sheets to put back on. Overall, knowing this is an older home it was sufficient for our 3-nights. Although the children are convinced there may be spirits dwelling here as well.

This house would be great for kids. We used it for a quilt retreat..most of the beds are comfy. It worked well for us, and we enjoyed making up stories about the ghostly noises …
