We really enjoyed this property so much. The yard was incredible and peaceful and our dogs loved being able to roam around. The house itself was great and had more than enough space for us. It was a great experience and will definitely stay here again.
The place is huge. Location is close to ski areas and mount hood. Big TV’s everywhere. Very clean. Big property. Dogs loved it. The place has 2 living rooms. So one was used as a playstation room and the other as a family hangout. We did have trouble with the electronic lock. Had to call for help but phone reception is sketchy. Got it figured out but was nervous for a bit. There is no central heat system. Lots of wall, fireplace, pellet heater, portable heaters. There are enough to keep the house warm in the winter but it takes a while to figure it out. But…..we still had a great time and would stay here again. Price is a bargain for the size and location.
We loved the private setting in the woods. Even though we were quite close to the highway it was quiet and private inside. Big house, big table to eat and play games. The beds were small and uncomfortable.
This place was excellent for our families reunion, spacious enough to have 10 people in it without feeling crowded at any moment. Everything is in a very good state.
Pros: Very large living room, very large and well-stocked kitchen with an awesome stove and oven set-up, great entertainment center set-up, amazingly massive master bedroom and HUGE bath in the master bathroom. Bed in the master was nice and comfy. Cons: Not many, but was slightly difficult to find (not the property's fault, our GPS took us down a back way and we had to get through 3 gates to get to the house.) House was relatively clean, but needed just a little more attention in the nooks and crannies where there were a few cobwebs, but nothing vacation-breaking! Couches need a good vacuuming in between the cushions (a bit of dirt and crumbs), Cookware needed to be put through the wash again, many of them were still dirty. All-in-all, this place is definitely a favorite and we will most definitely return someday (when the wildfire smoke isn't around)!
