Clearwater

This home was had a beautiful view, close to everything, and had everything provided for us. It made for a great daily vacation home. Our family of 5 and 2 Shepards loved it!

We stayed here in the middle of winter so there wasn't a lot going on in the area. But we have been here in summer, with all the wind surfers, boating, fishing and everything else the area is known for and we both thought that this location is pretty much perfect for all of that. Location, location, location. The place is a little pricey in winter, so I'm sure its even more so in summer but I refer you back to location, location, location.

The location is great, easy to get downtown and a bit tucked away which is nice. We really struggled with the internet the whole trip, we couldn't stream anything on the TV without it pausing every few seconds. The local host did try to help, but planning to have her come to the house was just challenging. Others have mentioned bad internet as well. The internet number they provided had been disconnected. We had a few people working while there and both needed to leave the house and go work somewhere else to be able to attend calls. The layout is really nice for a large group and we did appreciate the furniture in the house. Unfortunately when we were there the HOA was redoing the siding of the whole condo. We had figured they wouldn't work over the holiday week / weekend, but they did. We were playing games in the living room and they were working right outside our window yelling and hammering. A lot of other units were empty, so would've been nice to have the HOA try to have it worked on in between guests, or at least not during the weekend.

This house was great for kids and dogs with lots of space. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked several meals there. Would stay here again!

The view was remarkable! It was close to everything.
