My better half and I stayed here for the weekend during the summer and we loved the stay. If you like a quiet little cabin in Government camp you will love this place. It was a little warm during our stay, so if this is the case I recommend taking advantage of the local lakes.

Cute beyond cute, and very cozy. Perfect location for skiing, hiking, running, fishing, and dining.

Darling cabin vibe. Clean comfortable beds and bathrooms. Great use of space. Perfect location to hike to the timberline.

This house adequately suited our needs (1 parent bringing 12 yr old to ski camp for the week) - here’s my honest feedback on it though: Positives: There aren’t a ton of small affordable rental options for 2 people in Gov Camp. This worked well for us, was very affordable and was exactly as described in the listing and the reviews. Very conveniently located, enough space but not too much for 2 people and pin-drop quiet on a very cute street. Drawbacks: wouldn’t recommend for any more than a single adult or couple sleeping in the downstairs queen bed, and up to 2 or 3 kids that are young but not too young to topple off the stairs. All the stairs in this house are steep and have no railings, and the stairs up to the loft are not really workable for grownups. The Wi-Fi worked great until Wednesday and then konked out for 24 hrs. To be fair I think it was a service outage but tough if you are trying to work from there. There is no dishwasher but it says that in the listing :) Overall we would totally stay here again!

We had a great time with our friends in this cabin. Our boys had a blast and it slept all 6 of us comfortably. It cute and we love how close it is to so many adventure spots.
