We loved our time at this home. We visited over the Thanksgiving holiday and enjoyed the heated floors and spacious bedrooms. The home is tucked away on a hill overlooking a small valley and was intensely peaceful. One morning, a few deer even visited in the front yard!

Loved the isolation and privacy this home affords. Comfortable and very light. Direct view of Mt. Hood was great both inside the house and from the hot tub. Saw a bear and several mule deer.

We had issues with cleanliness and pests during our stay. A mouse got into our car, and we had to buy our own trap and dispose of the dead mouse ourselves. Fleas were jumping on us when we stepped onto the back deck. Dishes and laundry were dirty or not put away properly. I reached out to Vacasa with photos while we were still there and I never got a response. Really disappointing. I will not be renting any Vacasa rentals going forward.

Amazing views. You could tell it’s been a few weeks between guests and no one checked in on the home as there were a lot of dead moths and other bugs but to be expected given the houses location. Was not told we would get an email about the day before checkout and this was the only time you could request late checkout, I was on vacation so I did not check my email, when I tried to request any further assistance I just kept getting the same message stating because we didn’t open and reply to the email, we missed our window and needed to be out at 10AM checkout. Not enough to stop us from ever returning as the house is lovely and the hot tub was perfect. We were two adult couples and the house fit us all perfectly.

This is a very nice home. The view of Mt. Hood, the quail, the cottontails, the hot tub, and the birds coming to the feeder are special. There is a lot to do and see in White Salmon and Hood River, including excellent restaurants and wineries. You'll be happy with your stay at this home.

Comfy cabin great access to adventures in every direction. Prompt and kind host for any issues and a wonderful private getaway. Came for work but hope to visit with the family. Thank you.
