Homey cabin in a secluded wooded area, a short walk from Govy Village. Scenic trails abound. Can't think of a better place to stay on Mt Hood.
Stayed here for a trail race weekend up at Mt Hood Meadows. Was perfect to get a bit of rest and relaxation with the crew while in the area. Hot tub was pristine as well! Would definitely stay here again.
We were here for a kid's ski camp, and this house is great if you're back and forth to Timberline a lot and want to be close to restaurants and bars, as well as fun trails for hiking and/or MBR. House is a little dated, but is clean and very livable and well stocked. Fun throwback :-)
We loved this house! Peaceful, quiet street and we loved the proximity to Skibowl and Mt. Hood Brewing Co. The floor plan is spacious, the hot tub is wonderful, the wood stove is cozy, and this house really felt like home for the week! Excellent all around. Would recommend to anyone staying in Government Camp or the greater Mt. Hood area!
Good location and a good room for 6+ people. Would rent again.
Location was excellent, close to Govy and ski slopes Cabin is well thought out for outdoor enthusiasts and nicely decorated. Cabin is in a great condition, pleny of room to relax, kitchen well stocked (lots of pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensiles, few staples: salt, pepper, cooking oil), comfy furniture, nice laundry room with large drying rack, lots of hooks for hanging ski gear, coats, storing boots, etc.. The only downside: driveway is tricky and takes some maneuvering to park, would not recommend for individuals with limited mobility. We will definitely rent again!
