You'll love the Ping-Pong table, board games, and comfy gas fireplace all set up for fun on the lower floor - that's in addition to two handpainted murals themed around the ocean! Naturally, ocean views can be found everywhere in this home. The bedrooms in this home are all spread out, perfect for a big group that still wants to retain privacy. The first bedroom upstairs is right off the upstairs living room's TV corner, and features a neighborhood view as well as a glass window with an internal view of the living room. Down the hall, the first main bedroom of the house features a foresty neighborhood view, a flatscreen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Down the hall, the third bedroom features a wide ocean view and a spacious layout. The fourth bedroom (furthest down the hall and up one step) is the home's second main bedroom, featuring an ocean view an an en suite bathroom. Head down the stairs to the lower floor and you'll find the fifth bedroom at the end of the hallway of gorgeous ocean view windows. This room features two windows with a driveway views, two windows with an internal view of the lower living room, and dividing drapes that separate it from the rest of the space. The sixth and final bedroom is just off the Ping-Pong table's alcove - two hallway bathrooms (one half bathroom and one with a standalone shower) will ensure that there's no line in the morning.
