Mountain escape with private hot tub, amazing views, game room & SHARC passes

This house has wonderful views from the back porch. We came prepared with mosquito repellent based on a prior review but we honestly had no issues with them at all. I cannot speak for the upstairs beds but the two downstairs king beds were very comfortable. The house at least on main floor stayed very cool and there were plenty of fans for use if needed. This house does not say they have bikes but sometimes you never know, but I will confirm there are no bikes for use. We rented some, which worked out great and it is easily accessible to complete a river loop. I felt like there was not enough garbage bags or dishwasher detergent available for our stay, so I would suggest bringing some of your own. The house while picked up could have been a little better cleaned but it was fine. The floors were a little dusty and the showers could have been better cleaned in between stays. The actual house itself is wonderful and I would definitely stay there again. The game room upstairs was a hit with teen boys. The only other thing I would say is we booked through Vacasa but the house is technically managed by Avari. Had I of caught this right away, it’s cheaper to always book through the actual management company, so we paid a little more without realizing. With all the houses I have stayed at, this honestly had the best view. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the back porch.

Beautiful view. Modern with all amenities. We highly recommend this for larger family gatherings.

We had really enjoyed the location--close enough to the action, but also far enough to feel more relaxing. Loved the 3 King bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Our grandkids loved the SHARC and our adult kids loved the biking trails. Upstairs Primary bedroom--was difficult to keep cool when temperatures got in the 80's. Used eye masks due to the sun shining in our room at 5:15--but the sunrise was worth it. Would love to return one day!

The house is in a great location, spacious floorplan and a deck to relax on. There is a kids wing with a door to close when the kids are playing in their own resort space,"as they called it" You are removed eanough from the Village to not get the amount of foot traffic and cars. But close eanough that you can hop on your bike and ride there.The Village also has good food and a play areas,shops and a store packed with anything you could want. The bikes are a must for the scenic rides all around Sunriver. Every night was a different sunset and the daily views are amazing. The house is close eanough to do all kinds of hikes /rides, as well as fishing or to go enjoy the awesome water park. We visited the nature center and experienced the observatory. It was Amazing. This was a place I never knew I needed and will be returning to this house for many years. Its a must.

Nice, quiet location. Good space. Easy access to walking path. By golf course but near a pond so mosquitoes were a issue.

2 of us stayed in this 4br, 4ba house for 2 nights. It’s in a great location and has great potential. Bathrooms are nice, updated, and were clean. There were plenty of glasses, plates, cups, etc. We were not there long enough to use the kitchen much and did not use all of the bedrooms. We did find that the house is in need of a more thorough cleaning. There were spiderwebs in entryway on lights, back of door, and windows. There were also spiderwebs elsewhere in the house. The baseboards and windowsills are in need of deep cleaning as well. The mattresses seem to be the ones that come in boxes. We slept on two and they weren’t super comfortable, neither were the pillows. The outdoor area has great potential with a beautiful view. There furniture and table needed to be cleaned. The deck needs to be refinished. There needs to be some form of shade installed (umbrella or awning) as it was too hot in the afternoon to spend time out there without some shade. The hot tub was clean and nice. The house offers lots of great spaces. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which is awesome. The living room is large and there is also another gathering area upstairs with game tables, which was nice.
