We had a really nice stay at the home. It was super clean and had all the amenities to make it a comfortable stay. Really only one thing needs to be addressed is the upstairs queen room facing the golf course, the bed is horribly uncomfortable. It's hard and squeaks and the headboard is loose from the frame making it rattle every time you get in or out of bed. The kitchen and livingroom and all its furniture and everything was really nice and clean. The staff was super helpful when we contacted them about finding where the outdoor umbrella was for the patio. Oh, the patio furniture also needs to be replaced. The plastic wicker was falling apart on most of the pieces. But I suppose it was the end of the season when we stayed, so maybe the owners will get new patio furniture before next year's outdoor season starts. Other than that, we had a really nice time. The view from the back patio is super wonderful.

It was a nice townhouse for gathering as a family - plenty of space to gather, nice views from the deck. We would have loved to use the hot tub, but were so grossed out by the lack of cleaning inside that we didn't trust it to be safe.
