Tree-lined home with private hot tub, 7 pools, 14 tennis courts, golf, gym, AC

Very disappointing experience. We rented this home for a weekend with our family, including my pregnant wife and 4-year-old son. The AC didn’t work, the master ceiling had rodents, and the main shower wouldn’t drain. The thermostat even had an “urgent service” alert dated four days before our arrival, yet nothing was fixed. The house reached 85° each day, making it extremely uncomfortable for our family. After spending nearly $3,000 for the weekend, we were offered only a $250 refund because we stayed—as if we had somewhere else to go. Very unprofessional, and this property should not have been rented in that condition. We will not rent from this company again.

We loved the wrap around deck with plenty of room to enjoy nature! The kitchen was wonderful to cook in, however, I was glad that we brought our own spices. The home is very comfortable, however the master suite bed was smaller than a queen. We moved our guests around to accommodate as needed.

This is a beautiful home in a lovely location with a great floor plan. The overall home is well maintained and was spotless upon arrival, however the 2 primary bedrooms have queen size beds with poor quality mattresses that resulted in the 4 adults sleeping in 4 separate locations including the living room sofa and a pull out in the game/kids room (not okay!). The bedroom with 2 queen beds had great mattresses which the kids liked. We would only consider returning to this home if it was confirmed that the wifi was improved and that the 2 queen mattresses were replaced with king sized mattresses of good quality.

Positives: big house, clean, well stocked, modern feel. Secluded. Negatives: hard and springy mattresses, AC struggled to keep the house cool (on a very hot week)

This house worked great for us: 2 couples and a 2.5 year old toddler. There are essentially 2 separate wings to the house and then a middle space where the kitchen, dining and living areas are located. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil and appliance needed. Great propane barbecue located on deck outside kitchen. Fantastic outdoor deck space with various seating options. A/C was easily manageable. Peaceful location away from crowded spaces. We would love to rent this home again. P.S. we noted from another reviewer that we would need to bring our own spices, etc. Not a big deal for us. We just took that into consideration when packing food supplies.

The spaces in the home are well designed for relaxing both inside and out. It is beautifully located for privacy and yet close to amenities. Being all on one floor with bedrooms on two seperate wings makes for comfortabe sharing of the house. I recommend this property to all who love the tall pines, beautiful golf courses, plentiful walking and swimming opportunities, multiple dining choices, and easy access to both wonderful hiking and the charming town of Sisters.
