Spacious House with Private Hot Tub, Golf Course Views & Furnished Outdoor Living

The layout of the house is fantastic! We loved the hot tub and the garage with the ping pong table. However, there were some issues…we arrived for our winter wonderland vacation and the fireplace didn’t work. We called Vacasa to see if there were plans to fix the it and never heard back. There were 4-5 dust pans but no brooms; tupperware lids but no containers. The kitchen cabinets/drawers could use labels as it feels disorganized and not intuitive. The sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable. There are 2 doors to the exterior that don’t lock. The ping pong paddles are all broken. In general, this house could use some updating and attention. The layout could not be beat but, because of the other issues, we wouldn’t choose this rental again.

I like how much space the house has and the floor plan was good. Small things needed repair like the entertainment system that we tried to get working. Too many components and some not able to get working. It was fortunate for us we weren’t there for TV.

The space in his home was ideal for our extended family, plenty of beds and bathrooms, but in so many ways, it just felt like it hadn’t been taken care of. There was wallpaper peeling, only one of the blinds in the entire house would go up or down. Terribly uncomfortable beds and squeaky floors so that we knew every step someone was taking on the main floor. Although the carpet was very soft, it was also very stained. TVs were small, except for the downstairs one which we struggled to figure out how to turn on and what it was connected to, instructions would’ve been helpful. Kitchen was fully stocked, although the knives were all dull. Hot tub worked great, fireplace didn’t work but it was summer so not necessary.

Kitchen was well-appointed and stocked, basically en-suite bathrooms, large dining area, and great outdoors.

This home was very spacious but unfortunately we would not return due to the condition of the home. This home is in need of a lot of TLC- gutters not properly working, moss growing inside the home, broken door seal in main bedroom and water leaking inside onto the carpet, hot tub did not function properly and was only partially full upon arrival. Home could also use a better cleaning as all light fixtures had a good amount of dust and cobwebs. Floors do not have proper insulation which means if people are downstairs and people are upstairs you can hear everything from footsteps to voices and water running/toilets flushing. Some of these things can be looked past but as the list of issues kept growing I just could not recommend staying in this home unless things are corrected/fixed by the rental company which is unfortunate because the home is in a great location and perfect for 2 families.

Big and spacious house with beautiful views. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware, although the two ovens were small and could barely fit a 9x13. Furniture was comfortable other than the hard mattresses on the beds. Don't be fooled by the lift chair, the house is not handicap accessible. Hot tub is fantastic!
