The supply of duplos! The train! The showers and bath and leather furniture! Everything felt like we were at home :)

This home was a very nice and relaxing stay for my family and I. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and comes with fun little engaging activities. The hot tub and pool table took up most of our time but there’s much more in this house and area to take advantage of! Overall it was a great stay, it was accommodating and cozy and we all had a great time.

House was less than two miles from what I guess is the center of Sunriver. There is community pool, shops etc. that was nice. House itself was perfectly adequate and fairly priced. House cleaning could have been a bit better, lots of dust and grime on surfaces and the grill was very dirty. The two biggest gripes are that the AC would not go down below 70 degrees and at night it was uncomfortable upstairs. The outdoor temps stayed in the high 80s and there was fire smoke so we couldn’t really just open windows at night. Second gripe is that it was impossible to use the TV. Could not figure out how to get it to come on or play just basic cable and there are no instructions in the manual at the house. Spoke with someone from Vacasa about the issue with the AC the first night and they said that they would follow up with us later and never did the TV we just gave up on. We were pretty busy anyway. Having all the bikes at the property was nice and was the hot tub. It just felt like with a usuage fee over close to $600 it could have been cleaner and the AC could have worked.

This house was perfect for us! The bedroom set up was great (though be warned one of the queen beds is really high - like 4.5 feet off the ground). There were some fun toys in the kids room that our kids enjoyed. The pool table is a huge win! So much fun! Clean easy to use kitchen and comfortable living room space. There are many bikes to choose from, including kid size bikes. We loved the bike ride to Benham Falls (bring bug spray). The SHARC was the kid’s favorite thing to do. We appreciated the passes that came with the house. VACASA was easy to work with and I loved that they texted me the house information for check-in. The info was also in email, but it was handy to have it as a text.

Quiet location within Sunriver (except for the train which comes during the night), well stocked house, love the pool table and hot tub!
