Very large and cozy home large enough for our party of 10 with all amenities we could have needed

We enjoyed this house. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and we did. The dining room was perfect for eating and game playing. However the only one TV in the house is upstairs and that was a little inconvenient when the lil people wanted to watch cartoons while the bigger people played games downstairs. But I would definitely rent this place again or recommend this place

The house is beautiful. Alot of space, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, from pots and pans to spices and coffee filters. We enjoyed our stay at the Umpua overlook house. The house is an old house but very comfortable, it was perfect for 10 people.

Although some furnitures (bed, dresser, etc.) are old but they are still in good condition. We aren’t able to use the hot tub—though you can hear it running but was padlocked. Overall nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay there. It was a spacious home with many amenities. outside, it had a fenced yard and spacious deck that are almost 2 year old grandson loved playing on. We would love to stay there again.
