We had an amazing trip and love coming here.
The cabin was nice and warm, the stream was beautiful, the hot tub was awesome, it was just an amazing place. There was a tiny coffee shop called Fernies a short walk away, they had amazing coffee. Def go there!!!
This is a fantastic cabin. Great location, awesome backyard and the coziest interior. Unfortunately, the WiFi was out during the entirety of our trip and the location did not have satellite signal, therefore we were unable to use our phones including texts/calls.
Great spot! Expertly decorated and cozy with plenty of room! Will be back!
This was a wonderful and comfortable home for five adults and a dog. We loved being on the river and in a forested area. The home is well stocked and beautifully decorated. However we were notified a couple hours before we left home that the heater was not working and we would have to use the wood stove and portable heaters. It was a lot of work getting wood and keeping the fire going. My husband got up twice each night to add wood. The portable heaters blew a fuse after dark and we had to scramble to find the box outside to have power in the bedrooms again. We’d love to go back under better circumstances.
The first thing that really captured my husband and I upon arrival was the roaring sounds of the river. Where the cabin itself is located is pretty recluse which provides a peaceful ambiance. When you walk up onto the deck you are gifted with a gorgeous view of the rushing river. The Hygge Cabin itself is warm and inviting. The cozy book nook was one of the highlights for me! I would recommend anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway to come here! Huge thank you to Vacasa's customer service team as well for making this trip seamless and unforgettable.
