I highly recommend Son-Bird #11. Super clean (including bedding, towels, furniture, and overall housekeeping), amazing location in Government camp, great wi-fi, and all the things you need for a nice stay in the kitchen and bathrooms. The wood stove and provided wood made it super cozy and fun. We'll be back for sure.
Location, location, location! You can’t beat SnoBird 11. Walk anywhere in Govy. Quick drives to Timberline and Meadows. Would stay again!
Rustic, charming cabin. Great location, walking distance to restaurants. Couches appear newer, beds are comfy. Overall clean, however, we did notice some cobwebs on ceiling corners as others have mentioned in their review. Our issues were that it was cold downstairs. The heater wasn’t working, until local support played with it and appeared to fix it. No kindling, paper, etc. to start fire (also mentioned in previous review) and no axe or hatchet. Lastly, the code is way too long and hard to input all at once. Our last night the pad lock didn’t work and we were locked out until the local support came and gave us a physical key. She changed the battery but that didn’t solve the issue, still don’t open or lock from the outside.
Cabin was comfortable and cozy.
Convenient location!
Pros: - Great location - Quaint - The wood stove with lots of wood - Parking Cons: - Cleanliness - Cooking stove burners not working properly - Downstair heater did not work - Nothing available to light fire: paper, kindling, etc.
