Dog-friendly, upscale condo with shared pool & hot tub - one mile from skiing

Loved the area and how close it was to everything we wanted to do! The pool and the hot tub were amazing and the hot tub in the forest area was a beautiful!

It's hard to find places that has 3 rooms without getting two hotel rooms. This has been the best option with our two teens. Second time at this resort, first time in this one condo but loved it just as much as the first one!

Had a lovely weekend in a lovely chalet. Met all expectations.

I have stayed in several properties in Collins Lake - I typically rent directly through Collins Lake. This property was absolutely filthy. The couch was covered with a sheet of dog hair. I could not sit on it without covering it with a sheet. The interior stairs were also covered with hair and dirt. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom. One of the bathroom toilets was not flushed and filled with feces. I arrived after 9pm, so I could not address the issues until the next morning. When I woke up in the morning with had bites and found bed bug shells on the bedroom carpet. I reached out at 6am that morning to Vacasa with the issues and did not receive any response all day. As a result I had to make other accommodations as I could not stay in the filth with the bugs, so I sent a message later that afternoon to say I had checked out due to the unresolved issues. I finally received a call back late in the day to tell me they would get in with pest control and to clean the place the following day. That was obviously too late as I was not spending another night in the property. I travel extensively and this was on of my worst experiences. To date, Vacasa has not provided a refund and I had to pay for additional accommodations. I would strongly suggesting booking properties directly through Collins Lake (which I usually do) and NOT through Vacasa.
