Dream on the Deschutes River with private sauna, game room, & massage chairs

This house is really an awesome house with many amenities and potential but could use some updates. Pros: great space for a group, home is nicely decorated throughout, beds were comfortable and we LOVED the game room. Also, the kitchen was very well-stocked and the property is beautiful. Cons: there were not any instructions regarding the heat to the master bedroom, so the heater froze the first night and my brother and sister-in-law (with their infant) spent the entire night freezing/baby crying. The maintenance man came the next day and noted this has happened before so it would be nice if we knew it was a priority to get the heat figured out BEFORE it was the middle of the night as it only continued to blow cold air until well into the following day. The dishwasher and stove need repairs and since this is not located in/near Sunriver, we planned to do all of our cooking at the house. Needless to say, it was inconvenient that at this price point the appliances were not in good working order. Lastly, I'm mostly just disappointed that these items were brought to Vacasa's attention during our stay and I was informed the owner would reach out but I haven't heard anything. Again, this house could be so awesome with some minor improvements, but for this price I would expect everything to work properly as it really was a bummer on important aspects of our reason for choosing this house (specifically, enjoying making food as a family and, of course, a heated house).

House was spacious, clean and had lots of amenities for two families to enjoy. We used the hot tub, sauna, pool table, ping pong table bike, and massage chairs. Great house for adults and kids.

This house was amazing!! Right on the river with plenty of room. Very clean & well stocked kitchen which is much appreciated. It was so quiet & nice to sit by the fire or in the hot tub & watch the birds, deer, & the river. Lots of fun games to play as well & close to the village & other fun hiking & caves & such.
