Once we found the signs for the building, this cute condo was easy to access. Having the cozy balcony helped to get full experience of life on Newport Bay. The location is perfect for those who want to explore Newport and surrounding areas. Other than a few instances of being able to hear neighbors walk or roll marbles(?) on the floor, location is quiet and peaceful, especially during the week. Great shower pressure and perfect amount of size for the two of us on 3-night stay! We would stay in this complex again!

I had a lovely stay with my two small children. Lovely updates throughout the unit. Comfortable furniture and bed. The bathtub is a must with littles and some units don’t have them. All the basic amenities I can think of, including the little extras that people leave and extra cleaning supplies. Also, the coffee maker is in the corner counter “breadbox” area, for anybody looking! Laundry is always a nice touch as well, to go home with everything clean is such a win. This unit doesn’t have quite the view of the bridge, but the marina is cool and fun for the kids to observe and the pool is SO close! Hope to stay again soon, we love the Embarcadero!
