We really felt at home here. The home is dog friendly, but we didn’t bring our dog and didn’t notice any smells, hair or anything you might assume with a dog friendly rental. The front and back yards really opened up the spaces. Our son loved picking flowers out back, taking walks to University park and strolls to dinner/ice cream. We used to live in Eugene so this was a special visit and we loved taking our son to some of the best spots in town (Prince Pucklers, Hey, Neighbor pizza, Sweet Life, Agate Alley). We cooked a few meals in the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed coffee in the nook each morning. The space worked out perfectly for us. Think of it as a 1 bedroom with a 2nd bed in the living room. We put our son in the bedroom since we stay up later. The bed was very comfortable. I would love to return one day and do it all over again. Don’t forget Spencer’s Butte hike and a visit to McKenzie River.

Fine enough property, though check-in and check-out times are odd. I didn’t notice checkout was 10am instead of the usual 11am and ended up causing an issue with everyone involved for not being out in time, so be ready. Also a 4pm check-in was inconvenient for a family. Otherwise the property was fine enough. Though the check-in and check-out times are enough to stop me from booking here again.
