We had a two night stay. The house and its amenities were good. The A/C was insufficient for the upstairs. Despite following the guidelines for temperature range, it froze up a few times. The cleaners were still working upon check in. Said the dryer was taking a long time. When I contacted the manager to ask for late check out to compensate for the lateness, they let me know it was approved a few days later, after our check out date. Not helpful.

Definitely would stay here again,. Unit was nice and spacious. Loved the hot tub. Lots of walking paths, dog friendly, great for kids (especially the kiddie pool, splash pad). The entire area is very clean. It feels very safe for families.
