Next time we come to Newport Oregon for beach fun I will always see if anything is available from Vacasa. It was the very best stay we ever had. Everything was perfect and very comfortable and clean. Great location. Great size. My husband said it was the best place I ever found for us. It made our weekend getaway special. Thank you so much

I ended up renting this place alone because it was around the same price as a fancy hotel and I wanted a full kitchen. I will definitely be back with a small group. The kitchen was clean, bright, well stocked, and easy to cook in. The table was the perfect size for art projects, games, or sharing a meal. The couch was comfy and the TV worked. The view from inside is lovely with a large stretch of the ocean peaking through the trees. The view from the platform out front includes the surf as well. The patio was spacious but felt private. The hot tub was amazing. It was a little weird going out the front door to access it, but it was very peaceful and private once I was in the side yard. The rooms both had king beds and the one I slept in was very comfortable. The house was clean and comfortable, it had everything it advertised, and I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it.

The house was clean and spacious for four people. Beds were comfortable. Great location for walking to the beach or to grab some coffee. Will come back!

I feel that the description that is listed is spot on very basic home. But the pictures and the reviews lead you to believe that there are other features that would be a perk. The items I state here are not listed but show in a picture or are mentioned in a review-which led me to believe that they would be in the home and in working order. Massage chair-was broken-seemed all good until it leaned back and the rollers started and the gears malfunctioned-kind of scary. A review mentioned comfortable beds (which they were) and both rooms had adjustable bases-only 1 of the rooms had a functioning base. Jetted tube in bathroom did not work. (not mentioned in description or review) but if you have a tub that is jetted-you would expect it to work. The house was clean-but went to use the oven and it filled the house with smoke and fumes. I think that oven cleaner was not wiped out completely. Watch out if it is windy-the back doors (that are locked) rattle badly. Not good when you're trying to sleep or watch TV. I did not come to this home wanting the Taj Mahal-but I feel that the statement less is more, (meaning that the less that is listed about the features, that the guests that are staying here cannot complain because these features were NOT listed ) I feel that the reviews are misleading-that the owner should be very clear about posting pictures or make mention of specifics-such as only 1 room has adjustable base. Also, massage chair that is shown-does not function properly-or get it fixed. I did not want to leave this type of review, but being honest. FYI-I stay at Airbnb's frequently and unfortunately; I would not recommend this home. But if you can look past these issues then it would be fine.

A quiet two bedroom house with distant ocean views. Parking for two cars. Very clean with comfortable beds.
